- As a goalkeeper of the municipal car pound of Niort, the city of Niort has decided to entrust the removal of vehicles in embarrassing parking for a specialized service provider. As such, the purpose of this framework agreement is to entrust a professional with vehicle removal operations within the framework of the municipal pound service set up by the City of Niort. The holder will be in charge of removal of vehicles, their transport to the pound and their impoundment. The volume of activity of the service is around 450 to 500 vehicles per year.
