Description:
The framework agreement, not allocated, is made: on catalog with purchasing families, at unit prices with discount rate on the public price, without minimum and with maximum of 50,000 Euros excluding tax for the initial period and for each renewal period. It will be allocated to a single economic operator. THE candidate must respond to all families under penalty of irregularity of his offer. It will result in the issuance of purchase orders. The framework agreement is concluded for a period of 12 months from the date of notification of the contract. It may possibly be renewed for 3 other periods annual, and may not exceed 4 years in total. See details in the CCP.
