Description:
The purpose of this framework agreement is to supply and delivery of meals in a cold connection for the school restaurant in the commune of Richebourg (78). It is a group of orders between the municipality and the association "Center de Loisirs" whose coordinator is the municipality. THE This framework agreement has increased according to a formalized procedure of type call for tenders opened in application of the provisions of articles L2124-2, R2124-2 and R2162-2 to R2162-5 of the public procurement code. This is a framework agreement for mono supplies awarded to order orders, without amount Minimum, with a maximum annual amount of 70,000 euros HT. The framework agreement takes effect from the date of its notification. Services began on January 1, 2026 for a year renewable 3 times
