- Framework agreement for the supply of meal vouchers.
The services will be the subject of a framework agreement by application of the unit prices as set in the unit price schedule to the quantities of services performed by the holder with a minimum of 45,000 euro(s) excluding tax/year and a maximum of 200 000 euro(s) excluding tax/year, according to the provisions of articles R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code.
The minimum and maximum amounts are identical for each renewal period.
Restaurant vouchers will be provided on dematerialized card-type media. personalized chip or via a virtual solution based on an already existing payment medium (personal bank card of the agent) and allowing the withdrawal of the sums contained in the associated management account.
An agent benefits 15 restaurant vouchers per month over a period of 11 months
