• Description:
• The purpose of the framework agreement is the supply of lifting and river transport means for the Seine downstream route. It includes the following provision services: - pontoon cranes; - various lifting means; - river barges; - pontoons river work; - pushers; - river work boats; as well as all the human and material resources necessary for their use. The framework agreement is divided into three lots: - Lot 1 Western sector: lifting and river transport on the Seine downstream route from PK 202 to PK 161; - Lot 2 Central sector: lifting and river transport on the Seine downstream route from PK 161.1 to PK 72.6; - Lot 3 Eastern sector: lifting and river transport on the Seine downstream route from PK 72.6 to PK 16.8. He This is a multi-awardee purchase order framework agreement with minimum and maximum. The maximum number of holders is set at two per lot and the allocation of purchase orders is carried out without negotiation or prior recompetition of the holders according to the so-called cascading technique which consists of calling on the highest bidders as a priority.
