- The purpose of this contract is to provide computer and audiovisual equipment, consumables, accessories and associated services for the benefit of Hauts-de-Seine HABITAT employees.
Lot 1: Workstations and small equipment
This lot covers the acquisition, preparation, delivery, installation and maintenance of workstations (portable, desktop microcomputers, thin clients), as well as associated screens and peripherals.
Lot 2: Audiovisual materials
The objectives of this Lot are to:
- Ensure operational continuity and sustainability of the audiovisual equipment already installed in the Council Room (former chapel) and in all HDSH meeting rooms.
- Guarantee a high level of performance of existing devices through preventive, corrective and progressive maintenance operations.
- Improve quality sound and visual in order to meet user requirements and current standards of listening and projection comfort.
- Benefit from the expertise of a specialized service provider to optimize the installed device and propose, if necessary, technical additions or adjustments adapted.
Lot 3: Printing consumables
The objectives of this Lot are to:
- Allow HDSH to order individual printers allowing employees to have modern and economical equipment
