Description:
The Office currently uses the Axys HRIS solution published by the company Cegid to manage its employees (civil servants and private agents). The Publisher announced to the office its decision to no longer maintain this solution beyond December 31, 2024. The purpose of this consultation is therefore tothe supply, implementation and maintenance of a new HRIS. The minimum requirements that the offers must respect as well as the elements of the mission are more precisely indicated in the program note. The Framework Agreement is unique. He is not on an allotment. The consultation procedureilised is the procedure with negotiation, including European advertising in accordance with the provisions of articles L-2124-3 and R-2124-3 of the Public Procurement Code. It will take place in two phases: submission phase and selection of applications (between 3 and 5 applications maximum) anda phase de remise des offres.
