- Description:
- The purpose of this framework agreement is the supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance in total warranty, with perfect continuity of service, a telealarm and remote monitoring system dedicated to elevators of the Plaine Habitat Plaine Heritage. The system will include: -A bidirectional phony on each elevator, -a multi -operator SIM card by device, protected against theft and unusable outside of its function, -the installation of the measurement points necessary to connect the system to the manouvre cabinet -the installation of a phony pendant dedicated exclusively to telealarm. The services are more precisely described in the specific technical clauses (CCTP). This framework agreement is unique, it is not allotted. In accordance with the provisions of article L2113-10 of the public procurement code, the buyer has decided not to allot this framework agreement insofar as the allotment is likely to technically make technically more difficult, even incompatible, the implementation, the commissioning and maintenance of the services of the elevator remote monitoring system.
