The members of the group are indicated in section 1 "Buyer". -This is a framework agreement, a multi-attributes entered intoApplication of articles R2162-1 to 6 of the public procurement code, concluded with a maximum in accordance with the article R2162-4 of the public procurement code and which will give rise to the conclusion of one or more subsequent markets under the conditions set for articles R2162-7 to R2162-10of the public procurement code.
