Description:
This public market is allocated in accordance with articles L.2113-10, R.2113-1 to R.2113-3 of the public procurement code. The framework agreement is broken down into two lots, distributes as follows: Lot 1 is relating to the supply and delivery of electricity, Lot 2 is relating to the supply and natural gas routing. Each batch is subject to a framework agreement awarded to a single economic operator. An economic operator can be assigned to a lot or all lots, candidates have the opportunity to submit offers for all lots. The framework agreement is concluded With a maximum annual amount which is estimated at 2,750,000 euros excluding taxes for all two lots. The maximum annual amount of lot 1 is estimated at 1,900,000 euros HT. The maximum annual amount of lot 2 is estimated at 850,000 euros (s) HT
