- Framework agreement for the supply and replacement of jack lifts for heavy goods vehicles The purpose of this consultation is to designate the holder of the framework agreement for the supply, replacement, delivery, installation, cabling, connection, commissioning, training and verification of installations by an approved body for cylinder lines. In order to upgrade all of the cylinder lines in its fleet, SEMITAN wants an installation of cylinders with a height allowing a 1m90 mechanic to move around easily. Thus, once the cylinder is fully extended, the distance between the top of the crossmember excluding the pads and the ground must be at least 1,990 mm. In order to optimize and facilitate handling by maintainers, SEMITAN wishes to acquire efficient, reliable, safe and ergonomic equipment. At the same time, a reflection on the organization of work within the workshops is underway. SEMITAN wishes to reserve the possibility of: - Gradually trigger the repair of the different lines over time, - Install lines of 4 or 5 jacks on the different bus workshop sites, - Anticipate reservations for an additional cylinder on the different workshop sites bus, - Subsequently install an additional jack on the various bus workshop sites.
