- The services of this contract are broken down as follows:
- Supply and delivery of non-school books,
- Development and provision of a dedicated internet or extranet site, tracking and management of orders
Supply and delivery of new non-school printed bookss for high schools in the Reunion Region in the North and East zones
The expected services are as follows:
- The handling of orders placed by the community at the request of high school students;
- The provision of an ordering site giving access to the entire catalog of printed works withan advanced search engine and quote management;
- Provision of the updated catalog and references to be ordered by the Region;
- Delivery of works to high schools and Family and Rural Homes on the island;
- Order and delivery tracking services includingt the provision of statistics;
- Have permanent, competent, available and qualified staff (telephone, email);
- Ensure quality after-sales service, in particular on the replacement of defective documents, order errors, returns, delivery errors and gmanagement of leftovers.
