Description:
A group of orders was made up of the Departmental Council of Indre-et-Loire and public establishments and local authorities in Touraine, in order to purchase fresh beefs intended for canteens and collective restorations of the department. More broadly,The benefit of the framework agreement is open to all local authorities, public education establishments, and public accommodation establishments for dependent elderly people (EHPAD) of Indre-et-Loire, signatories present or to come from the constitutive agreement of the groupingof orders.
Each member of the order group will then conclude their own subsequent market with the framework of the framework agreement for the coverage of his own needs, will issue the purchase orders, and will ensure the administrative, technical and financial management of the said markets
