Framework agreement for the supply and delivery of electricity and associated services (CPE sites with connections greater than 36 kVA) in 2026 and 2027
o Electric energy supply of the delivery points mentioned in appendix 1 (sites concerned by the energy performance contract 2020-2029 with connections greater than 36 kVA listed in annex to the CCP);
o Access to the public distribution network (ENEDIS) and its use for these delivery points, as part of a single contract;
o Balance manager mission included in the price of energy supply, in accordance in article L.321-15 of the energy code;
o Services associated with the supply of electrical energy.
