Description:
- Framework agreement for subsequent multi-awarder contracts: each lot will be awarded to a maximum of 3 economic operators (subject to a sufficient number of offers) and will be the subject of a separate attribution.
- The agreement- framework is concluded for an initial period of 1 year from the datee notification of the contract. The framework agreement is renewable 3 times.
- Minimum annual amount excluding tax of 10,000.00 euro(s) excluding tax and Maximum annual amount excluding tax of 200,000.00 euro(s) excluding tax for lot 1.
- Amount excluding tax annual minimum of 10,000.00 euro(s) excluding tax and maximum annual amount excluding tax of 100,000.00 euro(s)Excl. VAT for lot 2.
- The supply of ultra-violet lamps is excluded from this framework agreement

- Acquisition of treatment by low pressure Ultra-Violet generator.
- Low pressure Ultra-Violet generator with ACS in accordance to the decree of October 9, 2012 taken in application ofArticle R. 1321-50 (I and II) of the Public Health Code.
- Minimum annual amount excluding tax: 10,000.00 euro(s) excluding tax, Maximum annual amount excluding tax: 200,000.00 euro(s) Excl. VAT.
