Description:
The purpose of this consultation is to establish a framework agreement (a contract) between the City of Albertville and several economic operators. This agreement will be the basis for re-competition, only between its holders, with regard to all services relating to the subject of this framework agreement. This re-competition will take place for the entire period of validity of the framework agreement. The maximum amount per transaction is 40,000 euro(s) excluding tax. Operations exceeding 40,000 euro(s) excluding tax will be subject to specific consultation outside of this framework agreement. There is no authorized variant nor imposed variant nor Possible Additional Services (PSE). Financing from the community's own funds (operating section). Payment: overall deadline of 30 days from the date of receipt of payment requests. The ceiling prices are adjustable. No financial guarantee clause will be applied. No advance will be paid
