Framework agreement for subsequent contracts awarded by a contracting authority under Article L2125-1, 1 and R2162-1 to R2162-6 and R2162-7 to R2162-12 of the Public Procurement Code. The framework agreement is multi-awarded (subject to a sufficient number of candidates and admissible offers) with : • 3 holders for lot 1 • 3 holders for lot 2 • 3 holders for lot 3 • 3 holders for lot 4 • 3 holders for lot 5 • 3 holders for lot 6 The framework agreement begins on the date of acknowledgment of receipt of its notification and ends on December 31, 2027. The amount maximum orders for the duration of the framework agreement is: • €10,000.00 excluding tax for lot 1; • €10,000.00 excluding tax for lot 2; • €60,000.00 excluding tax for lot 3; • €40,000.00 excluding tax for lot 4; • €10,000.00 excluding tax for lot 5; • €40,000.00 excluding tax for the lot 6-.
