• Description:
• The purpose of this framework agreement is to provide the services necessary for the evolution of the traffic light priority system of the transport network, including the upgrade of ground equipment, the software development of on-board units and the supply, the integration and installation of a new on-board remote control intended for bus insertion and extraction functions on BHLS platforms and mixed tram/BHNS zones. It covers all studies, supplies, material adaptations and software, integration operations in vehicles, tests, documentation and deployment support, which will be carried out as needed using purchase orders. This is a framework agreement for single-awardee supply, without a minimum amount and a maximum amount of 2,000,000 euros excluding tax, over the entire duration of the framework agreement, renewals included, in accordance with article R. 2162-4 2° of the public procurement code.
