This market relates to a service to support functional support for the market for EDF private customers, technical support, and for user assistance and maintenance actions. Only 1 batch is provided with only 1 assignee. The contract will have a total duration of 8 years including 3 yearsFarms and 5 optional years of 1 year each.
The market is for EDF SA.
This market will cover the following activities (partly extended/shared with the business market).
• Activity 1 - The control tower monitors, alerting, communication and incident coordinationAffecting applications or infrastructure of business markets and private customers.
• Activity 2 - Desk level 1 service on business markets and private customers.
• Activity 3 - DESK level 2 service for incident management on the market for private customers.
• Activity4 - Tools Activity is intended to produce and maintain scripts/automation or industrialization tools of application treatments necessary for N1 and N2 in order to make them more efficient on a daily basis (release of distributor flows, recovery of data, etc.) and guarantee performanceeconomy of the whole.
