The purpose of this market is the processing, conservation and elimination of the Reunion Regional Council archives - 3 lots.
Treatment and reconditioning of the Reunion Regional Council Archives
The retained service provider must ensure the classification, sorting, elimination of duplicates, The identification of eliminable archives, the detailed inventory, the reconditioning, rating and storage of documents.
Outsourced conservation of the archives of the Reunion Regional Council
The Reunion Region wishes to entrust an outsourced archiving service to a specialized professional in the field. The retained service provider must be a recognized professional and expert in the field of regulatory archiving, whose premises must be based on Reunion Island in order to allow access to the archives by the Reunion Regional Council.
