Description:
The markets to replace and install elevators on the entire heritage of Partenord Habitat.
The markets are concluded in application of the public procurement code of April 1, 2019.
This consultation is a framework agreement with mono-attribute order form, in accordanceAt the provisions of articles R.2162-1 to R.2162-6, R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the public procurement code of April 1, 2019.
In accordance with article R.2162-4 of the public procurement code, the framework agreement is concluded without minimum and with a maximum amount by lot (see annex to the CCP). The framework agreementconsists of 2 geographic lots which will each be the subject of a market. Partenord Habitat limits the number of lots which can be awarded to each candidate to one (1). The same candidate cannot be assigned more than one lot, if his offers are selected, the sector will be assigned to himGeographical according to his order of preference.
The framework agreement to order form is concluded for a maximum initial period of twenty-four (24) months ranging from his date of notification (date of forecast starting on October 1, 2025) to December 31, 2026 and is tacitly renewable one (1)Twenty-four (24) months, until December 31, 2028. The total duration of the framework agreement cannot exceed forty-eight (48) months.
The prices can be revisable under the conditions indicated in the CCP
