- The purpose of this framework agreement is to establish the terms governing the subsequent contracts to be awarded for lot 1: the routing and supply of electricity to the delivery points of the members of the group and the purchase and aggregation of the production of electricity transferred by the producer (the Pub Companylique Locale Sotraval-Spl) for photovoltaic production sites dedicated to the subsequent market, for lot 2: the transport and supply of natural gas to the delivery points of the members of the group. The consultation is launched as part of a detailed permanent grouping of orderss in article 1 of the Consultation Regulations and of which Brest Metropole is the coordinator. Multi-awarder Framework Agreement concluded following the open tender procedure under the conditions detailed in Article 2 of the Consultation Regulations
