- Framework agreement for purchase orders relating to architectural finishing work: Interior painting work, false ceiling in slab or plasterboard, flexible floor covering (textile or PVC), wooden parquet, plasterboard partition & blinds interior decorations. This is a mixed framework agreement (with purchase orders and subsequent contracts) with multiple awardees: 3 holders. Minimum annual amount: 600,000 Euros excluding tax. Maximum annual amount: 4,000,000 Euros excluding tax. The framework agreement is for a period of 02 years, possibly renewable 03 times for a new period of 01 year. That is to say a duration of 05 years. Operation: The 2 best holders will be allocated orders encrypted at the BPU. They will be consulted successively and in a manner alternated throughout the duration of the market. Beyond 60,000 Euros, the AMP will solicit and put the 3 successful bidders into competition via a subsequent contract.
