- The purpose of this consultation is to carry out the disconnection work on the GOSB municipalities in the Sedif territory. Since October 1, 2021, the Grand-Orly Seine Bievre Territorial Establishment has taken over the management of drinking water competence for the municipalities of Arcueil, Cachan, Chevilly-Larue, Fresnes, Gentilly, Ivry-sur-Seine, Le Kremlin-Bicetre, Orly, Vitry-sur-Seine. The physical separation of networks and the implementation of counting devices will allow the two organizing authorities to control quality and quantity of water exchanged under Buying of large water by the short -term and medium -term management according to the conditions of mutual aid.
