FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT relating to the purchase of stage audiovisual and multimedia equipment for the needs of the Cité des congrès de Nantes site and the Beaujoire exhibition center The purpose of this lot is the purchase of audiovisual and stage equipment and their accessories, including in particular: - The purchase of said Equipment, - Providing advice and recommendations from technical expertise: implementation study, analysis and choice of equipment, project rendering with scenario simulation, - The carrying out tests prior to the purchase of equipment including the provision of qualified personnel and the loan of equipment, - Verification of the operational nature of the equipment before delivery, - Transport, delivery to a location previously defined by La Cité des Congrès de Nantes, - Recycling and removal of waste relating to equipment, - Training of staff for the use, upkeep and routine maintenance of equipment, - Technical maintenance and corrective equipment. The purpose of the framework agreement is the purchase of audiovisual, stage and multimedia equipment as part of the event activities of the Cité des Congrès de Nantes and the La Beaujoire exhibition center.
