Description:
The purpose of this consultation is to conclude a mono-attribute framework agreement for project management services within the framework of the development of the heat networks of Brest Metropole over the period from 2026 to 2031. The Framework Control of Infrastructures will include the Infrastructures will include the Following elements of missions: Pre-project (AVP), Project (PRO), Companies consultation file (DCE), assistance for the award of works contracts (ACT), VISA (VISA), Monitoring and control of works (DET), assistance to reception operations (AOR). Skills in the following areas: thermal engineering, energy engineering, civil engineering, and management of complex sites any team not presenting the required skills will be rejected. Services will be likely to vary within the following limits (total amount of the framework agreement): without minimum amount / maximum amount over 6 years: 250,000.00 euros excl. public market on the basis of initial offers without negotiation.
