This market relates to the realization of plumbing work in the accommodation and buildings of the Office for the CANNES Habitat Pays de Lerins and Socaconam within the framework of maintenance and large repairs (the listSites concerned is attached to the consultation file).
In general, the work will be placed on the occupied site.
The framework agreement is not the subject of allotment
The market will give rise to a mono framework agreement assigning to order form in application of article L2125-1.1 , of the codeof public procurement.
For the Cannes OPH The value of all the services is likely to vary as follows: minimum amount per period € 50,000 excl. Tax / maximum amount per period € 800,000 excl.Vary as follows:
minimum amount per period 20,000 € excl. Tax / maximum amount per period € 250,000 excl. Tax the validity duration of the framework agreement is fixed at 12 months renewable 3 times within the limit of 48 months
