Framework agreement relating to the overhaul and the extension of the urban video protection system
Lot n 1: supply, implementation and maintenance of the new system (redesign and extension) of urban video protection
The project consists in equipping all the selected sites and integrating them into a Centralized registration and supervision system, configure and put into service copper wired connections and the system thus created of urban video protection.
Lot n 2: interconnection and maintenance of remote sites by rental of a dedicated black fiber network
The project requires Also the installation of dedicated, high speed, fiber optics so -called black (FON), from the various sites in order to repatriate the flows from the cameras to the centralized recording point. These links will either be transferred to the buyer, when they take the infrastructure of the city or the Rouen Metropolis Normandy (MRN), or will be the subject of a rental if they take other infrastructure (Orange via the BLO contract).
