This market constitutes a composite framework agreement including an ordinary market part and a part of framework agreement with order orders. Package services, falling under the ordinary market part, are indicated in article 3 of the specifications and concern all the operations whichCan be carried out by the stakeholders present on a daily basis on the Fontenay -aux -Roses site: - low -scale moves, - Various handles, - waste evacuation operations, - Reunion room arrangements, - etc. Services with purchase orders, beingFrom the framework agreement to order formal order, are indicated in article 4 of the specifications and concern all the services having to be reinforced because:-they cannot be carried out by the stakeholders present on a daily basis on the Fontenay-aux-Roses site because the meansPresent on site are insufficient (human and material resources), - they cannot be planned differently and generate a workload that cannot be absorbed concomitantly by stakeholders on site daily, - they are made outside thePresence on site, - etc.
