Description:
AGORALIM is an ambitious territory project for the Ile-de-France food chain, carried out by the Semmaris, organizing authority of the international Rungis market, at the request of the State, within the framework of the Val d'Oise plan, to endow the north of the Ile-de-France with a new place for trade big food.
This market is a call for tenders in order to designate an urban project management to carry out missions aimed at the execution of urban design services for the Goussainville Agoralim site.
The urban project management mission (on the entire project development) relates to a development project of approximately 120,000 m2 at 130,000 m2 of SDP on 38 ha.
It is a mono-attribute framework agreement with subsequent markets passed in application of articles R. 2162-7 to R. 2162-12 of the public procurement code of the public procurement code.
The framework agreement will give rise to the conclusion of subsequent markets, with a maximum amount of € 800,000 for the total duration of the contract (including renewal), in application of article R. 2162-4 of the public procurement code.
