Description:
Multi-award framework agreement contract with subsequent contracts, in accordance with articles R.2162-1 to R.2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code, concluded for 12 months from its notification, tacitly renewable 3 times for 12 months. The framework agreement may be awarded to a maximum of 4 holders, subject to a sufficient number of applications and compliant offers. The annual amount of orders is set at a minimum of 500,000 Euros excluding tax and a maximum of 5,000,000 Euros excluding tax. Subsequent contracts are concluded on the basis of this framework agreement and awarded after re-competition between holders as needed. Work estimated at more than 1,000,000 Euros excluding tax will be subject to a separate procedure. The framework agreement includes a mandatory social integration clause in accordance with article L2111-1 of the Order Code public.
