Description:
This framework agreement targets work to set up buried containers (P.A.V.E). The needs of the contracting authority are detailed in the CCTP in particular. The framework agreement is divided into 3 separate lots. The candidates have the possibility of submitting an offer for each batch. The purchasing technique Employee is the mono-attribute framework agreement with order form, in application of articles L2125 1, R2162-1 to R2162-6 and R2162-13 to R2162-14 of the public procurement code. The work will be carried out by the issue of successive order orders, as and when the needs are occurred. Each order form will specify the services to be performed and will determine the quantities. This framework agreement takes effect from its notification, for an initial period of one (1) year. It is tacitly renewable 3 times for a period of one (1) year each time. The total duration of The agreement will not exceed 4 years. The holder cannot refuse the renewal. The contracting authority may decide not to renew the framework agreement to the deadline.
