Description:
The aim of consultation aims to pass a framework agreement to order form on the design, realization, supply, delivery, skids for the substations of urban heating networks operated by Dalkia and its subsidiaries in the East Center region.
Framework agreement relating to design, Realization, supply, delivery of skids for public urban heating services operated by Dalkia and its subsidiaries - Lot 2: Rhone -Alpes
The purpose of the consultation is to the award of a single framework agreement assigning to order orders relating to the design, the realization, the supply, The delivery of skids for the substations of urban heating networks operated by Dalkia and its subsidiaries in the Rhone-Alpes region (except the Loire department). The framework agreement will include:
1/ Calculation notes, plans and all documents necessary for the execution of the step ;
2/ The supply and delivery of equipment (exchangers, energy counter, regulation valves, etc.);
3/ their assembly in factory skid;
4/ The tests (impact, pressure tests) of the factory skids;
5/ Transport and delivery of skids to a storage location defined by the client;
6/ The resumption of compliance in the event of VCI of the non -compliant energy counter due to the design;
7/ Production Files of the works executed (DOE).
