- The purpose of the market is to enterprise concierge services on the Flamanville 1 - 2 CNPE website of the EDF group. These services aim to offer services to employees in order to provide them with a better quality of life and allow them to overcome material constraints and to generate a saving of time and serenity, a factor of quality of life at work and performance lever for the company.
Executive agreement of 8 years with a firm duration of 4 years.
Framework agreement relating to the CNPE business concierge of Flamanville 1 - 2 of the EDF group
This executive market comes to cover services relating to the concierge of the CNPE site in Flamanville 1 - 2 of the EDF group such:
- a physical welcome at the concierge counter
- a telephone reception
- Monitoring and reporting of the services requested and carried out
- satisfaction surveys
A role of putting In relation and monitoring between beneficiaries and minimum partners on the following services (non -exhaustive list):
- Postal relay
- Vehicle maintenance
- a car washing service
- baskets of seasonal fruit and vegetables, meat, local products
- Research and proposal of adapted solution and/or simple connection of providers
The number of CNPE beneficiaries can reach 4,100 people during maintenance maintenance operations.
