Framework agreement relating to buildings cleaning with administrative vocation and other
This consultation relates to the cleaning services of buildings with an administrative vocation or other, for the benefit of the services of Nantes Metropole, the city of Nantes and its communal center for social action (C.C.A.S.).
To this end, an order group was made up between the city of Nantes, its CCAS and Nantes Metropole.
As a coordinator, the city of Nantes pilots the procedure passing the framework agreement, its allocation, signature and notification.
The members of the group ensure the operational execution as well as the financial execution of the subsequent markets.
This is a multi-attribute framework agreement with subsequent markets, which can give rise to on the emission of purchase orders.
The various attributes selected will then be submitted to competition to be awarded subsequent contracts according to the conditions defined in the article Procedures for bringing the CCAP markets into competition and in accordance with the provisions aforementioned regulations.
The subsequent markets to this framework agreement may, at the discretion of the buyer, include a professional integration clause of audiences in difficulty.
