Description:
The framework agreement will be executed by the conclusion of subsequent contracts and the issuance of purchase orders under the conditions of the specifications. Each lot will be awarded separately. Services are regulated by unit prices. For the lot 1: The framework agreement will be multi-awarded. The number of operators likely to be selected is a maximum of 2 subject to a sufficient number of candidates and offers and depending on the ranking of the offers. The framework agreement will be executed through a market subsequent annual. The subsequent annual contract will be executed by purchase orders with a maximum in application of articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Order Code. For each annual period, both holders of the framework agreement will be put back into competition via the AWS platform. This competition will make it possible to determine the ranking of the holders' offers in order to be able to award the purchase orders for the year in question to the classified holder. 1st. For lot 2: The framework agreement will be single awardee. It will result in the issuance of purchase orders. The maximum annual amount for both lots is 65,000 euro(s) excluding VAT.
