Description:
The object of the market relates to the recovery of receivables of the business markets and the individual market. 2 lots are planned, a lot for the business market and a lot for the individual market.
Lot 1 - Reception of receivables for the individual market
When an EDF customer on the market Individual customers are unpaid, it is subject to a automated recovery procedure by the company with, possibly, a limitation of power of its meter. Terminations will be initiated by the customer or supplier in the event of technical impossibility or of the client's opposition to the reduction.
Unpaid invoices of contracts terminated by the customer (following a move, a change of Supplier, a reduction in food, etc.) are subject to a relaunch by the company. At the end of this first procedure, if the claims concerned are still not settled, they are transmitted to the agent in a file with the balance of customer claims.
This service covers:
- the amicable recovery procedure;
- the amicable recovery procedure supported by a network of court commissioners;
- the procedure of legal recovery.
The agent will be responsible for processing within the meaning of the general data protection regulations on this activity once the claim is entrusted to him for the treatments necessary for the execution of the aforementioned services.
