• This contract concerns a single-award framework agreement with purchase orders for work on the drinking water, sanitation and rainwater networks to improve or bring drinking water and sanitation works up to standard. This work concerns the entire territory of the urban community. This work can be carried out urgently according to needs or according to a schedule. The framework agreement is divided into lots as follows: Lot n°1: Open trench works Lot n°2: Works of rehabilitation of structures and gravity pipes from the inside Lot n°3: Equipment and work to bring the structures up to standard The services of lot n°1 concern the renewal, reinforcement and extension work of the hydraulic networks (drinking water and sanitation (wastewater and rainwater), in particular land preparation work (site installations, stripping), earthworks (clearing, embankments), work on drinking water and sanitation networks, additional road repair and maintenance work, additional rainwater network work, additional dry network work (telecoms, electricity, optical fibers), public lighting work, emergency repairs.
