The contract concluded includes not only the items named in the Unit Price Schedules, but also exceptionally, all the items in the reference rate (catalogues + prices + discounts) necessary for the operation and maintenance of networks and installations. managed by the SMDEA.
The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period of 1 year from 02/07/2026 or its notification date if this is later.
The completion date of the initial period of the framework agreement is 02/06/2027.
The framework agreement is renewable once.
