Description:
The purpose of this consultation is the routine maintenance work on the heritage of the Val d'Oise Departmental Council - Fences and gates. The consultation is carried out in the form of an open call for tenders, subject to the provisions of articles R. 2113-1 to -3, R. 2124-1 and -2, R. 2131-16and -17, R. 2161-1 to -5, R. 2162-1 to -6 and R. 2162-13 and -14 of the Public Procurement Code. Each lot will be concluded without a minimum annual amount and with a maximum annual amount of €375,000 excluding tax.
The market is made up of 4 geographical lots, namely:
Lot 1: South Zone of the Department
Lot 2: Zone Owest of the Department
Lot 3: North and Center Zone of the Department
Lot 4: Eastern Zone of the Department
No negotiations will take place within the framework of this procedure.
