- Description:
- The purpose of this framework agreement is the rental and installation of anti-intrusion systems in vacant or disused premises and housing with a view to demolishing the assets of Plaine Commune Habitat. The description of the services and their technical specifications are more precisely indicated in the Specifications of Special Clauses (C.C.P.) common to both lots. This framework agreement is divided into two lots in total: Lot n1: Rental and installation of anti-intrusion systems for vacant premises and accommodation, Lot n2: Rental and installation of anti-intrusion systems for accommodation and premises decommissioned for demolition. Each candidate can respond to one or more lots. Candidates must submit a complete file for each lot. Lots No. 1 and No. 2 of the framework agreement are processed using purchase orders. As permitted by the provisions of article R2162-4 of the Code of public order, the two lots of this framework agreement do not contain a minimum amount. For information, the maximum annual amount of orders would be respectively: Lot n1: 550,000 Euros excluding VAT Lot n2: 250,000 Euros excluding VAT. The annual forecast amount of orders would be respectively of: Lot n1: 400,000 Euros excluding VAT, Lot n2: 150,000 Euros excluding VAT. These estimated amounts are purely indicative; under no circumstances does OPH Plaine Commune Habitat undertake to place orders up to these amounts.
