• FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT FOR PURCHASE ORDERS RELATING TO PROJECT MANAGEMENT ASSISTANCE SERVICES AND CONTROL OF CONTRACTS FOR THE OPERATION OF COLLECTIVE HEATING AND COLLECTIVE DOMESTIC HOT WATER OF THE PARK... Mainly: ?Assistance in contract monitoring above-mentioned operating procedures, which implies management control primary energy, operation, energy performance, while formulating proposals aimed at improving the energy efficiency of equipment contributing to comfort tenants- thermal. The control will relate in particular to heat production and production of domestic hot water, including renewable energy installations, on the distribution and emission of heat, and on the distribution collective domestic hot water. ?
