Description:
The Hauts-de-France Public Land Establishment (EPF) is a public operator of the partner State of the northern local authorities, Pas-de-Calais, the Somme as well as part of the Aisne. He is an actor in improving the living and work environment for residents and businesses. Recycler of Foncier, the EPF intervenes upstream of the development projects to help communities to ensure the land mastery of their projects and, if necessary, ensure the carrying out of demolition of the constructions being there.
As part of the operational conventions that Set in place with a community (municipality and/or EPCI), the EPF acquires, manages, if necessary demolished and then resells to the community or any other person designated by it, the land useful to its project.
EPF activities are developed as part of a multi -year intervention program (PPI), equivalent to a strategic plan produced by annual sections. The current PPI runs for the period 2025-2029 (it is available on the EPF website). It includes 5 intervention themes: meet the needs of housing / promote the mix of uses and the offer of services to the population / promote economic development / Act in favor of the Renaturation / Support risk management and the decline in the coastline.
