Description:
The framework agreement is not broken down into a lot. Indeed, the allotment of supplies of supplies of IT equipment and licenses is likely to restrict competition and technically make the performance of the services.
The framework agreement runs as the occurrence of the need via the emission of purchase orders, in accordance with the provisions of articles R.2162-1 to R.2162-6, R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the public procurement code.
The framework agreement is concluded in accordance with article R2162-4-2 with only a maximum of 120,000 euros (s) HT the first year then 80 000 Euro (s) HT per year or 360,000 euros HT on the entire duration of the framework agreement.
However, the contracting authority reserves the right, in the event that the maximum amount of the framework agreement is reached Before the end of the current period, to proceed for emergency needs to early expenses within the limit of 25% of the maximum amount. The renewal of the framework agreement will then relate to 75% of the maximum amount remaining
