This framework agreement has for the purpose of printing and manufacturing information materials and communication tools for PLAINE COMMUNE HABITAT. In our capacity d'Office Public in charge of the management and development of housing in part of the territory of the Plaine Commune agglomeration, we have a role of disseminating documents and supports as part of our activities as housing developer manager. This involves printing and/or manufacturing information supports and communication tools for internal and external purposes, for administrative, technical and/or promotional use. The nature of the services and their conditions of execution are more precisely described in the Specifications of Special Clauses (CCP) common to both lots.
