Description:
The purpose of this framework agreement with purchase orders is to carry out mandatory technical real estate diagnostics on the assets of LOGIAL-COOP and SCIC KREMLIN-BICETRE HABITAT.
The framework agreement is part of a agreement constituting a group of orders concludedbetween LOGIAL-COOP and the SCIC KREMLIN-BICETRE HABITAT signed on February 2, 2024.
LOGIAL-COOP is designated coordinator of the group and as such will ensure all operations related to the execution of this framework agreement until its notification.
LOGIAL-COOP will therefore be the sole contactcandidates.
Then, each member of the group will ensure the monitoring, execution and payment of the purchase orders established on the basis of this framework agreement for the lots concerning them.
The assets concerned are described in appendices A (list of LOGIAL-COOP assets) to the CCTP of the lots rerelating to the assets of Logial-COOP and B (list of assets of the SCIC KREMLIN-BICETRE HABITAT) to the CCTP of the lots relating to the assets of the SCIC Kremlin-Bicetre Habitat.
The conditions of execution are further described in all of the parts of the consultation file as well as in the CCTP of the various lots
