Description:
The framework agreement is mixed. It will be executed in part by the issuance of purchase orders which are executed as purchase orders are issued, and in part by the conclusion of subsequent contracts. The framework agreement will be concluded with the 3 best ranked companies upon submission of initial offers, provided that a sufficient number of compliant and satisfactory applications and offers are presented. Work operations whose cost per operation is less than or equal to 300,000 € excluding VAT, will be carried out using purchase orders and only with the candidate ranked in first position during the analysis of the initial offers of the framework agreement. Work operations whose cost per operation exceeds €300,000 excluding tax, will be carried out on subsequent contracts after re-competition between the 3 holders of the framework agreement. The framework agreement is concluded from the date set by service order until 12/31/2026.
