Description:
The contract is a framework agreement for order orders and subsequent markets relating to the acquisition, maintenance and developments of the Operational Security Center (SOC)
It is a mono-attribute framework agreement, concluded with one (1) (only) economic operator. It will be executed in part by theConclusion of subsequent markets and partly by the issue of order orders, when needing the need.
The public market takes effect on its date of notification to the holder for a period of 24 months tacitly renewable 1 time 24 months.
For period 1 of 24 months: (without minimum amount,Maximum amount of 2,000,000.00 euros (s) excl. Tax, or 2,400,000.00 VAT).
For period 2 of 24 months: (without minimum amount, maximum amount of 1,500,000.00 euro (s) excl. Tax, or 1,800,000.00 euro (s) TTC)
