Description:
The framework agreement will be executed by the emission of purchase orders, in compliance with the limit of the thresholds referred to in Lot in article 1.4-4. of the CCAP and considering the limitations and prohibitions specified in articles 1.5 and 1.6 of the CCAP. A maximum number of site can be ordered simultaneouslyBy lot, as fixed in article 10.3 of the CCAP. The holder must be able to deploy teams sufficient to respond to this maximum number of site. Each of the 16 lot will be the subject of a separate allocation. Economic operators may teach all or partof the 16 lots by considering the following limitations: - the submission limitations fixed in article 7.1 of the consultation regulations - the allocation limitations fixed in article 9.3 of the consultation regulations 7.1 - Limitation to be submitted: candidates have the possibility ofSubmission to all lots, subject to respecting the conditions below applicable to the same lot: - For the same batch, candidates are prohibited from presenting several offers by acting both as individual candidates and members of one or more groups oras members of several groups. - For the same batch, the same economic operator cannot present several offers as an agent of more than one grouping. 9.3 - Limitation of lots allocated to the same candidate - lots 13 to 16 for lots 13 to 16: Limitation of lotsAT...
