Framework agreement for project management, programming missions and accessibility diagnostics for the Greater Reims Urban Community
It will be completely executed by the conclusion of subsequent contracts, under the conditions set out in articles R. 2162-7 to R. 2162-9 of the public procurement code.
He will be entirely executed by issuing purchase orders
in accordance with articles R. 216213 and R. 216214 of the Public Order Code.
It will be concluded with two (2) economic operators, subject to receipt of a sufficient number of regular, suitable and acceptable offers. THE terms and conditions The allocation of purchase orders will be done according to the so-called round robin method.
